Ultra-miniature Absolute Capacitive MEMS Pressure Sensor Platform
We propose this miniature MEMS capacitive pressure sensor platform to address specific medical systems requirements and other applications. It includes:
- a customizable miniature MEMS capacitive pressure sensing element (<1mm²)
- an ASIC featuring a 16-bit converter and an integrated temperature gauge
- a memory with a temperature and non-linearity compensation scheme
- wireless powering and data transmission
High-performance Capacitive Acceleration Sensors Platforms
Vibrations, motion and shock can be measured by sensing accelerations. Tronics offers several platforms for custom capacitive accelerometers. Capacitive sensing provides the highest level of sensitivity combined with low power consumption and lower dependence on temperature variation. Furthermore, our solutions platforms allow the realisation of:
- open loop, over-damped, high-sensitivity sensors and transducers
- closed loop, robust, high-linearity and high bias-stability sensors

From motion sensing in pacemakers to extreme resolution seismic measurements in oil exploration, and IMUs for guidance, navigation, and platform stabilization, Tronics provides solutions for the most miniature and highest-performance requirements. Our platforms address:
- Ranges from +/- 100mG up to +/- 100G F.S.
- Resolution down to 0.1µG at 800Hz

High-performance Angular Rate Sensor (Gyro) Platform
Partnering with a company expert in navigation, Tronics co-developed a gyro product platform and technology that are available to OEMs, sub-systems and components manufacturers for customization and productization. Key benefits include:
